Altec 604D Duplex 15寸鋼磁同軸經典喇叭於1958年底面世，生產期至1964年，與上一代的604C大致相同，除了改良的低音盆，單元避震及重新設計的磁端來消除低頻失真，分頻器則有更順滑的12db衰減器，還有可調的高音掣。

Altec 604D這對喇叭設計是給民用放在客廳裏的，它的設計聲壓足以滿足在一般民用一千尺以下的客廳裏聆聽。

原裝鋼磁同軸喇叭單元,分音器和音箱，喇叭單元無修無改，狀態極佳，適合完美主義者。
音箱面版狀態極佳，但兩隻音箱的底部有歲月的痕跡，不合適完美主義者。請見下面的照片，底部歲月的痕跡完全不影響音質。
