I found this PS Audio 4.5 Preamp from my grandpa apartment last month, I opened the top cover and found that the wires were cut off from the volume control and some cracked components inside the chassis, therefore I was afraid to power it on in order to prevent further damages to this device.

The only test I’ve done is to measure the resistance on the power transformer, there are 4 different voltages you can hook up with, 115, 220, 230, 240V. Below is the data I’ve undergone as shown;

Primary
115V ~ 3.34Ω (approximately)
220V ~ 10.63Ω (approximately)
230V ~ 11.28Ω (approximately)
240V ~ 11.98Ω (approximately)

Secondary
Green/White ~ 0.79Ω (approximately)
Green/Black ~ 0.75Ω (approximately)
.
Cosmetic condition is not too bad however there are some scuff marks, dents on the chassis. It is strictly sold for parts or repair and no return and refund whatsoever. I will pack it very well for worldwide shipment.
