SSC BASIS Evolution isolation platform -- SSC recommended the Basis Evolution to be used with CDP, Amplifier, PreAmp or Speakers. I have great result and like this more than the Symposium base I had few years ago.
The BASIS Evolution is a special edition of the Twin Base with carbon fiber material used on the top surface and bottom surface of the first layer. It is an upgrade from the regular Twin Base (current price is Euro300 but this one is an upgrade)
SSC is famous for making the anti-vibration base for the B&W Nautilus Speakers in hifi show in Europe and later used by Vandersteen Speakers in the USA.
